How can I add a custom or external tracking number for a courier not supported by Koi?

Koi enables you to add tracking numbers from carriers not supported through its "Custom" shipping carrier option.


To enable the "Custom Shipping Carrier," follow these steps:

  • 1️⃣ Go to Settings
  • 2️⃣ Select Shipping
  • 3️⃣ Enable the "Custom" carrier

Once activated, you can choose the "Custom" carrier as a rate option when fulfilling orders. This selection will provide a field for entering a tracking number from an external source.
