Connecting Etsy to Koi

Step 1: Connecting your Etsy Store to Koi

  • In Koi go to Koi Settings by clicking the Settings gear icon 1️⃣ on the top right hand corner
  • Go to Etsy settings by clicking on the Etsy 2️⃣ link
  • Click the Connect to Etsy 3️⃣ button

  • Log in to Etsy using your usual method

  • Scroll down and click on the to the Grant access button

  • You will be returned to the Koi admin, and if the connection is successful you will see the "Your account has been connected" message
