Viewing the External Order Number

An external order number in an e-commerce platform is a unique identifier assigned to an order by an external system (for example Shopify or Etsy).

You can view the external order number by clicking on the Koi Order Number 1️⃣ or by viewing it within the External Platform Badge 2️⃣.

By clicking the Koi Order Number, the external order number will be revealed.
