What are fulfillment notes, and how do I use them?

Add a Fulfilment Note

In Koi, a fulfillment note can be used to communicate information to pickers and packers. This could be further information on the location of a product, a warning that the product looks similar to another, or instructions on other extra care that may be necessary when fulfiing the product. These could include special packaging instructions such as the need for fragile stickers.

You can search for the product name in the field as seen above, labelled "2".

To add a fulfilment note in Koi:

  • Click on Products found on the navigation bar.
  • Find and click on the product that you want to add fulfilment notes to. You can search for the product in the search field.

    Click on the product variant that you want to add a fulfillment note.
  • Scroll down to the Variants section and click on the product variant. If there is only one variant, then it should only show one single option. In the example below, there is only one variant titled, "8GB".

  • Click on Shipping & Fulfilment on the side bar found on the right, or scroll down to find the field titled Fulfilment note under the Shipping & Fulfilment section.
  • Note: This is found for each product variant. To add these details for another product variant, simply click on the variant name, and fill in the details in the Fulfilment note field.
