What are packing slip notes, and how do I use them?

Add a Packing Slip Note
In Koi, a packing slip note can be used to communicate information to pickers and packers. This could be information about the contents of the package, such as the products included, quantities, and other relevant details.
To add packing slip notes in Koi:
- Click on Products found on the navigation bar.
Click on the product to navigate to the Product Page that you want to add packing slip notes to.
Click on Shipping & Fulfilment to navigate to the section to find the packing slip field - Scroll down to the Variants section and click on the product variant. If there is only one variant, then it should only show one single option. For example in the picture below, there is only one variant titled "LB-BASIC-4G".
- Enter the packing slip notes in the field titled Packing Slip Notes under the Notes section.
