What is the difference between packed weight and weight?

Add the packed weight of a product
In Koi, weight refers to the weight of a product. On the other hand, packed weight includes the weight of the product along with its packaging.
- To add details for packed weight and weight, click on Products located on the navigation bar.
- Click on the product you wish to add details to.
- Scroll down to the Variants section and click on the product variant. If there is only one variant, then it should only show one single option. For example in the picture below, there is only one variant, "LB-EXP".
When setting up products in Koi, for each product variant, you typically enter the weight of the product itself, under the section Attributes. To enter the packed weight:
- Simply add the details in the field titled Packed Weight found under the section Shipping & Fulfilment.
