Mapping Shopify Shipping Methods to Carrier Shipping Methods
Shopify offers several shipping methods on their platform. These methods are designed to provide flexibility and convenience when it comes to shipping products to customers. In Koi, you can map a Shopify shipping method to a carrier shipping method.

Map Shopify Shipping Method to Carrier Shipping Method
To map Shopify Shipping Methods to Carrier Shipping Methods:
- First, click on the Cog icon on the top right hand corner.
- Click on Shipping to navigate to Shipping & Delivery.
- Click on the Mappings tab.
- Pick an option from the Shipping Line Title dropdown menu
- Select the Carrier name from the dropdown menu
- Select the Carrier Product Title from dropdown menu
- Click on Add Mapping to create map a Shopify Shipping Method to Carrier Shipping Method
Delete a Mapping
Click on Delete next to the mapping you would like to delete.
Click on the Confirm button to confirm deletion.
