Splitting a Line Item into Multiple Boxes
You might find yourself in a position where you need to ship multiple of the same line item in several fulfilment articles. A fulfilment article is just a name that shipping carriers use for packages. In this guide, we'll show you how to do this.

Adding another Package
You can add another packing by clicking the "Add Package" button. This will add another fulfillment article to the fulfillment that is being sent out.
Selecting the Current Package
You can select the current package by simply clicking on it.
Adding Different Quantities of an Item to a Package
When you drag an item into a package, the whole quantity of the line item will be transferred into the package.
You can alter the quantity moved into the package by holding down the 'SHIFT' key.
Koi will then ask you how many items you would like to put into the package.
