Black listing bad shipping addresses

With Koi, you can blacklist shipping addresses. This is a way to counteract fraudulent activities.

In this guide, we'll look at how you can set up a list of bad addresses which will add fraud warnings to Koi.

Search for a Bad Address

In Fraud Settings, you can blacklist bad shipping addresses.

You can access these settings by clicking on the Settings icon.

Then click on Fraud Warnings found on the side bar to the left.

Make sure you have clicked on the Bad Addresses tab to access these settings
  • Click on Bad Addresses
  • To find an existing bad address, enter the address in Search for bad addresses field

Add a Bad Address to the List

Enter the address details
  • Click on Add Address
  • Enter the Company Name
  • Choose an option from the dropdown list in the Country field
  • Enter the bad address into the Address field
  • Enter the postal code in Postcode field
  • Enter the name of the suburb in the Suburb field
  • Choose a state or territory from the State/Territory dropdown list
  • Choose an option in the Type dropdown list
  • Enter any extra details in the Note field
  • Click on the Save button to save changes
