Checking the status of MyPost and eParcel

In Koi, you can check the service status of MyPost and eParcel over in the Service Status settings.


On this page


Check Service Status

Click on the Settings icon.

Click on Status.

  • Look for the green check icon next to MyPost, eParcel, or other service
  • If it is running fine, it should also state that there are no known issues
  • It also states when the last error was detected for each service
