How to Print Labels Directly (Instead of Downloading PDF Versions)
If your shipping labels (or other documents) download instead of printing, it indicates that the "Print-to-PDF" feature is enabled. This option is useful if you haven't yet set up Koi Printer Connect.
To modify the Print-to-PDF settings, go to the Printing Settings in the Koi admin settings.
💁 The "Print-to-PDF" setting is configured individually for each user. This means that users on your Koi account can have personalized print settings tailored to their specific needs.
